CAI - Confidentiality Policy

The Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) considers the protection of privacy on the Internet to be of the utmost importance. Particular care is needed when collecting, using and circulating personal information over the Internet and by e-mail. The CAI wishes to inform visitors to its site that:

•	The CAI does not place cookies in visitors' browser files.
•	No personal information is collected via the CAI Website.
•	The CAI recommends that uncoded personal information should never be circulated over the Internet or by e-mail. We also advise you not to send us personal information by e-mail unless a coding method has been agreed upon beforehand.
•	The CAI Website contains personal information of a public nature in its decisions and investigation reports. Such information may not be used for other purposes.
